Nissan - Skyline - R32 GTR - BNR32
I bought my GTR back in 2005 from a local seller to avoid the time and extra cash required when importing. Modifications were minimal at the time but the engine had just undergone a rebuild approx. 8,000km prior to my purchase.
Performance
The modifications to the car when I first got it were, as I said, minimal but they included R34 GTR turbos, dump pipe and 3" exhaust. With these mods the car made 293hp at the rear wheels and since then I have added the following:
-Front muffler removed and Magnaflow CAT replacement
-HICAS Lock Bar
-Nismo Super Coppermix twin plate clutch
-Nismo HD clutch bracket and clutch line
-Nismo fuel pump
-Nismo fuel pressure regulator
-Nismo 62 degree low temp thermostat
-Nismo 600cc injectors
-Nismo timing belt
-Tomei 260/260 9.15mm cams
-Tomei cam gears (light weight duralumin)
-Splitfire Coilpacks
-Power FC D-Jetro
-PRofec B Spec II (@1bar)
-Cooling Pro triple core radiator and JJR silicon top and bottom hoses
-DBA4000 rotors & Ferodo TS2000 pads (front only)
-APEXi turbo timer
-APEXi replacement pod filters plus stainless piping
-Cheetah 777 alarm
-Autometer boost guage
The car produced 247kW (331hp) at the rear wheels.
Handling
There were no handling features on the car when I bought it but I have added the following:
-Bilstein shocks.
-Whiteline Springs, front & rear swaybars, caster and camber kits plus all bushes replaced.
-JIC front strut brace (carbon lookalike)
Style
The car has no exterior styling features other than the horribly wrong offset (+45) ANZ rims which I think fit on Supra MK4's. Interior as follows:
-5Zigen Pro Racer GN+ 18x9.5 +22's in bronze with Yoko Advan rubber
-Nismo fuel, oil & radiator caps
-Nismo gear shifter
-Nismo ignition key
-MOMO Race steering wheel (350mm)
