My 2001 S15 200SX 6 speed Spec R, in New Zealand.
Exterior = genuine factory Aero body kit, dark tint Nismo side indicator lights, dark rear tail lights with LED bulbs. Custom black enamelled factory "200SX" badge on rear of rear boot lid (usually chromed).
Interior = genuine factory leather S15 front seats, black leather center console trim and leather handbrake cover, hardwired BEL radar detector, genuine Nismo stainless ignition key with option of using a separate engine start button, very dark tinted side / rear glass, genuine S15 Nismo floor mats, Apexi turbo timer fitted.
Audio = Sony Xplod head unit, Sony Xplod 6" speakers in doors with separate tweeters, Sony Xplod 6" x 9" 3 way speakers in rear parcel tray, all powered by a Sony Xplod 4 channel 600W amp.
Performance
Engine = unmodified SR20DET (always fuelled by 98 octane fuel / always lubricated with Castrol Edge fully synthetic oil with HKS "DDR" used every 6 months) with Splitfire coil packs, NGK iridium tip spark plugs, Nismo oil filter, Nismo radiator cap, Nismo oil filler cap, engine torque dampener, Apexi pod filter inside a polycarbonate cold air box, Apexi adjustable wastegate actuator, front mount intercooler with insulated matched size piping, factory fitted boost restrictor removed, Greddy slam panel / air diversion panel between headlights, stainless steel tuned length extractors, 3" steel front pipe, standard T28 turbo, full 3" Nismo steel exhaust (cat removed) with Nismo 4" outlet rear muffler. Exedy heavy duty clutch with lightened 1 piece flywheel fitted.
Handling
Rolls on ROH 17" Envy wheels powercoated gunmetal colour with 235/45 R17 Bridgestone Potenza RE002 tyres fitted, and is lowered 40mm all round using performance springs. Cusco strut braces fitted front and rear. It sits nice and low, corners like its on rails and rides smoothly - a good balance. The Potenza RE002 tyres really are something else to drive on, quite amazing!
Style
Being a red car with factory black trims around the windows, this red and dark scheme has been continued to achieve a good clean look - no chromed or silver parts on it anywhere, except for the polished stainless steel Nismo muffler body.
