I have a 94 GTZ supersrut TRD 28mm front sway bar about to install an NST pully kit to go to 13.5psi.

Contact pharvey(at)georgestock.co.nz at KYB New Zealand and ask him, they are the only ones who seem to stock these struts (you cannot get them in AQustralia AT ALL, trust me I've begged and pleaded with KYB.....)
The two possible solutions are inserts (you have to push the dimples in the struts out) or complete replacement struts.
The part number for the inserts is 365091 and the part number for the complete struts are NST9001L and NST9001R for left and right respectively.
